We specialize in commercial and residential interior renovations throughout New York City, including hotels, retail spaces, academic buildings, restaurants, bars and residential properties. We work directly with building owners and tenants, as well as corporate-level companies and owner’s representatives.
We also believe in working closely with design and engineering firms, so we invest the effort to build solid, collaborative relationships with designers, architects and engineers.
HOTELS
Our hotel renovation work includes guestrooms, corridors, back-of-house offices, lobbies, bars and restaurants, kitchen area, employee areas, luggage storage rooms, linen closets, fitness centers, and meeting spaces with adjoining kitchen and service areas, and seating areas. We have added new carpeting and wall coverings throughout the properties, and bathroom upgrades with new tile, vanities and lighting.
RETAIL
We have designed and build modern storefronts, and boutique and art exhibit spaces with custom lacquer millwork display cases and glass surrounds, backlit signage storage areas, and reconfigured floor space.
ACADEMIC
We have updated academic spaces to include classroom conversions, and new libraries, student artist studios, restrooms.
RESIDENTIAL
We have completed apartment renovations that include new flooring, new partitions, new lighting, new closet interiors and new stonework; renovated bathrooms with new vanities, plumbing fixtures and shower enclosures; and renovated kitchens with custom millwork, new kitchen cabinetry and appliances.

We work extensively with purveyors of Food and Beverages to create unique, functional and inviting spaces designed to match, uplift and reflect your aesthetic!
