The Wilson-Melia at Celebration Florida

Full renovation of seaside-inspired bistro in Celebration Florida.  Installed custom handcrafted millwork throughout. Built a new interior and exterior tiki bar installing beautiful new countertops, equipment and custom lighting system.  Ran new exhaust and makeup air duct to create a state-of-the-art kitchen in a new location. Installed and commissioned new kitchen equipment. Removed concrete staircase and installed structural steel to close staircase opening with concrete slab.  Complete upgrade of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and ansul systems. Installed all furniture, banquette seating and all finishes.
