Historic Hotel Reimagined  - Central Interiors delivered a full transformation of a historic, dual-building hotel, elevating public spaces, 205 guestrooms, and core building systems to modern hospitality standards. The project redefined the arrival experience with an expanded lobby, custom finishes, and refined detailing, while upgrading mechanical infrastructure for improved comfort and efficiency. Scope highlights included a complex rooftop HVAC replacement over an occupied 17-story building, fully rebuilt guestrooms and bathrooms, modernized plumbing and mechanical systems, and spa-inspired shower conversions, seamlessly blending contemporary luxury with the character of a century-old hotel.
