Courtyard Marriott @ JFK

We renovated the lobby of the Courtyard by Marriott JFK Airport, converting it to the new lobby concept launched by Marriott. In this fully occupied hotel, we worked with the hotel to ensure the temporary lobby minimized guest inconvenience while we laid a new terrazzo floor, installed extensive millwork and implemented the new lobby with flexible work space and the food and beverage marketplace.
